Bioearestoreix, operating in Great Britain, provides professional landscape design services for gardens and outdoor spaces. Due to the custom nature of our landscape design services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in this policy, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Design Services

Landscape design services are custom-created for each client and garden project in Great Britain. Once design work has commenced, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• If cancellation occurs before landscape design work begins, a full refund will be provided
• If cancellation occurs after garden design work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be available based on work completed, including site surveys, design concepts, and planning documents
• Once landscape design plans are delivered and approved, no refunds are available as the design work is complete

Consultation Services

Garden consultation services are provided at the time of service delivery, including site visits and design discussions. Refunds for consultation services are not available once the consultation has been completed, as the service has been delivered.

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a landscape design project after it has been initiated:

• Written notice of cancellation must be provided to our office in Great Britain
• Payment for landscape design work completed up to the cancellation date is due
• Any garden design materials, plans, or services already provided remain the property of the client
• Future landscape design work will be suspended until payment for completed work is received

Change Requests

Minor changes to landscape design plans may be accommodated within the original project scope. Significant changes or garden redesigns may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work proceeds. Changes requested after installation has begun may result in additional costs.

Installation Services

Garden installation services are provided by third-party contractors operating in Great Britain. Refund and cancellation policies for installation work, including hard landscaping and planting, are governed by separate agreements with those contractors.

Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method.
